Hammad built his career in financial markets, working as a trading analyst monitoring portfolios, analyzing performance, and developing a sharp understanding of risk, financial data, and how results are measured inside fast-moving financial organizations.

That background gives him something rare among operators in this space: a working knowledge of how financial and investment firms actually operate, where decisions get made, and what operational inefficiencies quietly cost them over time.

He brings a clear conviction to the role. The firms he observed in the markets were leaving significant value on the table every year, not because of bad strategy, but because their internal operations hadn't kept pace with the technology available to them. Manual processes, fragmented workflows, and key-person dependency were silently compressing margins and valuations. Closing that gap for the mid-market is the work he leads.

As CEO, Hammad drives the commercial strategy, identifies and develops the high-value partnerships that fuel growth, and ensures the business moves in one unified direction, keeping standards, relationships, and direction aligned as the company scales across the UK, US, and Canada.

Jawad is part of the Alpha Digi Solutions business development team, driving outreach and building lasting relationships with prospective clients across the firm's core industries.

His strength lies in the conversation itself, engaging prospects, building genuine rapport, and guiding them through the sales process with patience and consistency. Not every opportunity converts on the first call, and Jawad's focus is ensuring that no promising relationship is lost simply because it took time to develop.
