1.Agreement to these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We are ALPHA DIGI SOLUTIONS Ltd. Liability Company, a limited liability company with a registered address at 312 W 2nd St, Unit #A7060, Casper, WY 82601, US. You can reach us at info@alphadigisol.com.

If you are using this site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" means that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to use this site.

2.What this website is, and what it is not

This site describes who we are and what we build. Everything on it, including service descriptions, case studies, blog articles, metrics, and timelines, is provided for general information.

• Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing you submit through it creates a contract for services.
• Nothing on this site is professional advice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.
• Content on the private equity pages is for information only. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or interest in any fund, and it is not investment advice.
• Case study figures describe outcomes for specific clients in specific circumstances. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of what you would achieve.

We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

3.Free tools, audits, and estimates

This site offers free interactive tools, including automation audits, teardowns, and calculators that estimate the cost or time impact of manual work.

• Their output is an illustrative estimate generated from the assumptions built into the tool and the values you enter. It is not a quotation, a valuation, a projection, or a promise of any result.
• We do not warrant that any figure a tool produces is accurate for your business, and you should not make a commercial decision on the basis of one alone.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Values you supply are used to generate the result and, where you have given us your details, to follow up on your request.
• We may change, limit, or withdraw any free tool at any time.

A binding price only ever comes from a written proposal signed by both parties.

4.Paid engagements and precedence

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, fees, confidentiality, data protection, warranties, and ownership of what we build. That agreement is negotiated and signed for each engagement.

If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, master services agreement, statement of work, non-disclosure agreement, or data processing agreement between us, that signed document takes precedence for the work it covers. These terms continue to govern your use of the website itself.

Ownership of the systems, code, and configuration we build for you is set out in that agreement, not here. Booking a call, requesting an audit, or submitting a form does not commit either of us to an engagement.

5.Acceptable use

You may view, download, and print pages from this site for your own internal business use, and you may quote or link to it with attribution. Beyond that, you agree not to:

• Copy, republish, resell, or systematically extract substantial parts of the site's content or design as your own.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or circumvent any rate limiting or access control. Well-behaved search and AI crawlers are welcome within the rules set in our robots.txt.
• Submit false or misleading information through a form, impersonate anyone, or use someone else's contact details.
• Use a form or our inbox to send spam, advertising, malware, or unsolicited link-building and SEO offers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any connected system, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Use the site to do anything unlawful, or in breach of export control or sanctions rules.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email us rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.

We may restrict or block access to the site where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

6.Intellectual property

The site's content, layout, design, brand name, logo, and the wording of our service and case study pages are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws.

Third-party names, logos, and product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Naming a tool or platform does not imply that it endorses us or that we are affiliated with it, unless we say so explicitly.

If you think something on this site infringes your rights, email us with enough detail to identify the material and your claim, and we will investigate and remove anything infringing.

7.Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party services, including a scheduling tool for booking calls and the analytics services named in our Privacy Policy.

We do not control those sites and services and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an external link or using an embedded service means you are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

8.Availability, and no warranties

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or change all or part of the site without notice, including for maintenance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for having the equipment, connectivity, and security arrangements you need to access the site, and for running your own virus protection.

9.Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else where the applicable law does not permit exclusion. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or any free tool, whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise.
• We are not liable for any decision you take, or omit to take, in reliance on content or tool output from this site.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website and the free tools is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

This section applies to your use of the website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the limitation and indemnity provisions of the agreement for that engagement, not by this section.

10.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability, and reasonable cost, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any content you submit through it.

11.Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, for any such dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this section does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email us so we have a chance to resolve the matter directly.

12.Changes, severability, and the whole agreement

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force, and the unenforceable provision is treated as modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.

A delay or failure by us to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website, and replace any earlier version.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
