The challenge

Off-the-shelf CRMs could not model the firm's deal flow. Investors, portfolio companies, advisors, and deal rooms were all linked in ways standard tools handled poorly, so the real picture lived in spreadsheets.

What we built

A custom CRM web app with a data model for investors, targets, and the relationships between them, role-based access, a deal-stage board, document attachments, an activity timeline with email logging, and dashboards for pipeline value and relationship strength.
