The challenge

The team was paying for HubSpot tiers it barely used, and reporting on deal stages had become cluttered. They wanted a leaner, pipeline-first CRM, but could not afford to lose six years of contact and deal history in the move.

What we built

A full migration from HubSpot to Pipedrive: every object, property, and lifecycle stage mapped, the data cleaned before import, and the pipelines, automations, and email sequences rebuilt on the new system. Both systems ran side by side for two weeks before cutover.

  2. 02
    Clean before import

Removed duplicates and standardized fields so the new CRM started clean instead of inheriting old mess.

  3. 03
    Rebuild the workflows

Recreated pipelines, automations, and email sequences in Pipedrive so the team kept working the way it sold.

  4. 04
    Parallel run and training

Trained the team and ran both systems in parallel for two weeks, so nothing depended on a single cutover day.
