Hamza Amir founded Alpha Digi Solutions and remains its most defining force. As Founder and CTO, he is simultaneously the technical architect behind every system the company builds and the primary face clients encounter when they engage with us. At 25, Hamza has already built automation infrastructure across more industries than most engineers touch in a decade. His deepest expertise sits at the intersection of finance and investment operations — private equity, M&A advisory, accounting, and financial services — where he has designed and deployed AI systems that transform how firms source deals, manage clients, process documents, and report to stakeholders.

Beyond financial services, his work spans e-commerce, supply chain and manufacturing, digital marketing, SEO agencies, business development, and bookkeeping operations — production-grade systems built for real businesses running live operations. Not prototypes. Not experiments.

Before founding the firm, Hammad built his career in financial markets — working as a trading analyst monitoring portfolios, analysing performance, and developing a sharp understanding of risk, financial data, and how results are measured inside fast-moving financial organisations.

That background gave him something most automation founders don't have: a working knowledge of how financial and investment firms actually operate, where decisions get made, and what operational inefficiencies quietly cost them over time.

He founded Alpha Digi Solutions on a conviction that came directly from that experience. The firms he observed were leaving significant value on the table every year — not because of bad strategy, but because their internal operations hadn't kept pace with the technology available to them. Manual processes, fragmented workflows, and founder dependency were silently compressing margins and valuations. He built the company to fix that.
